Great, i will be seeing Sam Lim's face for the next 2 years,sigh.

And soon, we received the news that we will be going to certain country to take part in competition! Yeah!

Do you think Singaporeans are patriotic?

Well, to be honest, i dont think so. Maybe there's some of them who really love their country but, not all. Example, during National Day, you may see some of the locals or torists wearing red and white clothings. They will gather around the stadium and celebrate this important day together. That really touches my heart. And by the time you see all the fantastic performances were nicly done up, heart will feel kind of warm on the inside.

And for sports, those who have taken gold, silver, bronze medals or any awards. They really done us proud.

But most of them think Singapore is a boring place. And when u ask for the reason, "why?" Majority will say, "because Singapore is a small dot." If they are patriotic, why they will say their own country as "small dot"? (Although is true) And, not only adults, childrens nowadays say the same too. Adults, "What's Singapore?" Childrens, "A small dot!" Adults, "Yep!" Even senior citizens too, they say the same.><" If all of the Singaporeans are patriotic, why some of them find studying Singapore's history boring? If u are really patriotic about a country, i'm sure you will be very interested with the history behind it.

Seriously, it seem that some Singaporeans tend to love other countries more than own. Most of them decide to study overseas or stay overseas to work. But for some, there's reasons behind it:

1. The salary is higher.
2. Can't find any jobs at Singapore. etc

And there is also reasons like, the goverments did not do their jobs well. So many evidences show that most of the Singaporeans do not love their country. And as for those who really done proud for the country, are they really doing it for Singapore? I wonder.

Students more inclined to learn racial sensitivity from example. Do you agree?

I disagree. Well, i think the school is very dumb. I think is ok if they never wear ethnic costumes on Racial Hamony Day. Is what people think make the different, not the clothes. If they really did wear, it doesn't change the fact that they still think there's are difference between malay, chinese or indian, is that right? I agreed there's quite a difference in each race, but each of the race is special in their own way. Although, our skin colour is different, but after i going to band pratices, i started to turn black too! And if that's the case, am i a Indian now? =-=! I dont mind to be a Indian. And racist doesn't mean bad, is just that they think differently from others and that won't harm anyone.

Do you think the Harry Potter series is good enough to be considered a classic?

It is good enough to be considered a classic. You see, how many people went all the way to bookstores to buy the Harry Potter series? And children aged around 8 and above are already walking around with a book in the hand. From what i heard, most of them read Harry Potter before. Harry Potter series is so famous! Im sure most of you know about the latest publication, Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows. It was published 2 days ago and guess what, 1/4 of my friends had already bought the book! Also, there are people planning to buy it after sometimes. Reason? All because of the price. Well, i think it's worth it. An interesting, exciting, magical, horror?(abit) and also some funny stuffs, i don't seem why it can't be considered a classic.

AIDS - Asian Hero, Gao Yao Jie.

Well, all of us know that aids is a deadly disease and has a certain link to sex. Many of us think of AIDS as dirty and feel embarrass when one has the disease. When one suffer from the disease, they feel pain and are weak both physically and mentally. Do they deserve it? As you can see, because of these people who are engaged to sex, many lives have been lost. They suffered after doing things that they shouldn't do. And this will be their punishment. As for those innocent lifes, is a pity. For Singaporeans, who knows? Maybe there's one out there, helping people with diseases. Whether we are from Singapore, Malaysia, America or any other countries, we are all humans, we should help each other.
